Welcome to AidenCore. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AidenCore software engine, platform, APIs, localized compilation tools, and node-based infrastructures (collectively, the “Service” or “Software”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By executing a purchase order, activating a licensing key, deploying a node, or using our platform, you (“Licensee,” “User,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Licensing Model & Right of Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.1 Scope of License<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Subject to full compliance with these Terms and timely payment of licensing fees, AidenCore grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to deploy and operate the specific number of runtime instances or software nodes dictated by your active subscription tier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2 Deployment Boundaries<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Solo\/Developer Tier:<\/strong> Restricted to localized deployment environment testing and the assigned number of active nodes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Enterprise Tier:<\/strong> Restricted to the deployment counts, clusters, and parameters explicitly outlined in your bespoke licensing manifest or Service Level Agreement (SLA).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    1.3 Usage Restrictions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the binary or compiled double-encryption pipeline architecture, except to the extent express permission is granted by mandatory local law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Circumvent any cryptographic validation layers, token enforcement mechanisms, or license verification routines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Sell, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Core system to unauthorized third parties without prior written consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      2. Payments, Billing, and Renewals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      2.1 Subscription Fees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Fees for our SaaS platforms and standalone tier nodes are billed in advance on a recurring cyclical basis (monthly, annually, or as specified during checkout). All payments are handled via secure payment gateways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2.2 Automatically Recurring Billing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      To ensure continuous operation and avoid immediate node deprecation or verification failure, your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless explicitly canceled prior to the billing date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2.3 Refund Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Given the immediately clear value, cryptographic delivery, and downloadable nature of digital compilation pipelines and license tokens:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Refunds are issued strictly at the discretion of management or if required by territorial law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        3. Decentralized Architecture & Data Sovereignty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        3.1 Localized Control<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        AidenCore structures highly-defensible, decentralized systems. You maintain total architectural sovereignty over files, compiled secrets, and localized nodes deployed on your private networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3.2 No Structural Backdoors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        AidenCore does not ingest, index, or maintain access keys to your localized double-encryption pipelines or private customer databases. Consequently, you are solely responsible for protecting security keys, quorum credentials, and access vectors. We cannot recover lost keys or broken configuration assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4. Intellectual Property Rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        AidenCore, its proprietary compilation pipelines, NodeGuard elements, vectorization frameworks, system iconography, algorithms, source frameworks, and documentation are\u2014and will remain\u2014the exclusive intellectual property of AidenCore and its licensors. No transfer of intellectual property takes place under these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        5.1 “As-Is” Provision<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        The Software and Services are provided on an “AS IS”<\/strong> and “AS AVAILABLE”<\/strong> basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular target architecture, or uninterrupted uptime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        5.2 Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AidenCore, its founders, or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of system profits, data leaks, network execution latency, or system downtime) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform. In all cases, our total aggregated liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to AidenCore in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        6. Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        6.1 Termination for Convenience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        You may cancel your license tier at any time through your dashboard portal. Termination will cease future automatic billing loops, but past payments remain non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        6.2 Termination for Cause<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        We reserve the immediate right to suspend or terminate your API access tokens, license keys, and account verification pipelines without notice if you violate these Terms, breach security boundaries, or fail to clear licensing invoices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        These Terms and all disputes arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland<\/strong> (or your specified corporate registration region), without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that territory to resolve any legal disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        8. Amendments to Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect changing international compliance rules, new vectorization engines, or structural pricing upgrades.
